82% of women in India can say no to their husband if they do not want to have sexual intercourse, Lakshadweep's stats stays above the national average as per National Family Health Survey, and top among all the states and UTs NFHS Survey asked maried 77,729

married women aged between 15-49, if they have the ability to negotiate sexual relations with their husbands. In urban India 84.8% married women could have say in sex, slightly higher than rural women 81.4%. This percentage increases with years of schooling.
